THE VILLA
Villa Carlotta is composed by an open space living room-kitchen with Lavazza coffee machine, a utility room with washing machine, a beautiful porch with table and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the house.
The house is completed by three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies.
All the bedrooms consists of 1 double bed with the possibility of adding a bed usable only for children (below 12 years old) or/and a crib.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is composed by an open space living room-kitchen with Lavazza coffee machine, a utility room with washing machine, a beautiful porch with table and a swimming pool.
The swimming pool and the area with the deck chairs is in common with all the guests of the structure.
The porch, divided by some plants, is reserved for the apartment.
The bedroom consists of 1 double bed with the possibility of adding a bed usable only for children (below 12 years old) or/and a crib.
The bedroom has a private bathroom.
In the kitchen-living room there is the possibility of using the sofa bed but it is only for children below 12 years old.
THE ROOMS
Every room has a private bathroom and a balcony or a porch.
LIGHT BLUE ROOM
2 Adults, 1 Child below 12 y.o. or/and 1 Child below 2 y.o.
RED ROOM
2 Adults, 1 Child below 12 y.o. or 1 Child below 2 y.o.
PINK ROOM
2 Adults, 1 Child below 12 y.o. or 1 Child below 2 y.o.
Services
Each room of the Villa has a thermostat, including bathrooms, from which it is possible to adjust only the heating, which is underfloor.
In summer it is possible to use the air conditioning with the remote control, present in every room.
We also have electric sunblinds, which you can adjust to your liking, thanks to the push-button panels near each window. Each window has a mosquito net, including bathroom.
In every bedroom there is also a wireless charger for phones.
Environment
The environment sustainability is very important to us.
The house is a green building in class A4.
It is a completely soundproofed house, thanks to the triple glazed windows.
The courtesy set is in dispensers, to eliminate disposable plastic bottles.
Services
Each bathroom has bidet and a walk-in shower with chromotherapy. In each bathroom you will find a hairdryer, towels and courtesy set in dispensers.
The furnishing of the rooms is modern and minimal. We have chosen not to have curtains inside the house for reasons of hygiene.
